Nature heals us. Nature wants to communicate with us. Matt Zylstra and Juliet Trail journey into the relational-reverence-reciprocity that is always there for you to experience. Trees and birds and seals want to communicate with humans. We are they and they are us, together!!!! Listen to their beautiful stories and breathe with some trees, or house plants. Smooth out your energy field to let animals come close to you. They love interspecies communication. Start with noticing little movements, changes in the natural world around you. You will find acceptance, welcoming and healing.
Juliet Trail, Ph.D., is the Executive Director of The Coincidence Project; her area of specialty is the connection between compassion, nature connection, and coincidences. She is also the Founding Director of Courageous Compassion Connection (C3), offering contemplative practices to diverse peoples to cultivate well-being and compassionate action. Dr. Trail is the Executive Committee Chair of the Contemplative Higher Education Alliance for Research, Teaching, and Services (C-HEARTS). She is a trained Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher. She builds on 20+ years in higher education.
