If you want to find out your sleep chronotype - there's loads of quizzes/tests online. I'd recommend the one by Dr Michael Breus, since he's the one I learned about it from.
If you've been feeling low in mood, for a very long time, your struggle with "getting things done" is quite likely a sign of a more deep rooted thing. If so, I highly recommend seeking professional help from a licenced therapist or counsellor. It's quicker & easier than struggling on your own.
I've done this myself many times in the past, and even right now. I use BetterHelp - you can find my video on them here: youtube.com/watch?v=D0r9xeqbiUI and you can get 10% off your first month of therapy with BetterHelp here: betterhelp.com/keshav (sponsored but I highly highly recommend it!)
