Here are 10 tips and tricks on how to pose for photographers 1 Realize that the photographer is working hard to get along with you and make the magic happen. They are as nervous as you are. Also, realize that it is their responsibility to make the magic happen as much as it is yours. Therefore, rest at ease in the fact that you are both there to make nice images 2 Leave your you at home. Make no mistake. Expect to play a role. You must understand that you become someone else. 3 Always remember that all poses need to communicate either an emotion, intention, or a purpose. The facts about posing 4 The static pose. This is the pose that many models limit themselves to. It is often because people who have not been in the industry think that it is the only pose one should do. But there is where the problem lies.
