With the release of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, the 2020 version of the Disney Company has wrapped up a decade of plans that have been controversial to fans. But perhaps the most interesting part of it is how today's approach to entertainment relates to the situation in which it was founded. Walt Disney's philosophy in creating the company was caused by his experiences with another movie studio that actually mirrored the exact way the Disney Company operates today. Let's go into that, and why today's company would've fired Disney in the same way he was in the 1920's.
