There’s bean a lot of talk about beans this week - so we thought we’d re-share another reason to love them

Full disclosure: we’re not actually making the chocolate🤭

Climate change is threatening cocoa-bean production - the main ingredient for chocolate - and this is leading to a big problem with supply and demand.

That’s why innovators at UK startup Nukoko are developing a cocoa-free alternative chocolate made from broad beans that are more climate change resilient.
