Have you ever met someone who was always seeking attention? They could have been the middle child.

Middle child syndrome stems from feeling overlooked and misunderstood in their family dynamic. The oldest and youngest both receive attention; however, since the middle child falls between, they may struggle to find their place feeling less special, lost, and undervalued, which may cause them to find creative ways to gain attention, such as making videos online.

Middle child syndrome is psychologically characterized by feeling neglected, causing low self-esteem and possibly even an inferiority complex taking certain things more personally and often becoming fixated on fairness due to the unfair attention they received at home. More independent and self-reliant, due to feeling that their family does not support them as much and therefore may become less close to their parents. Attention seeking, causing them to sometimes be the family or class clown to gain attention, since sometimes bad attention is better than none at all.

Did any of these celebrity middle children surprise you based on what you know their personalities to be?
