Norway is emerging as the gold standard of European energy security, with Energy market analyst Gaurav Sharma telling TRT World's Roundtable the Nordic country is "a cut above the rest".
Most of Norway's new cars are EVs and 98% of its domestic electricity comes from renewables.
As well as using hydro and wind power, the Nordic nation also reaps large revenues from oil and gas exports.
Gaurav Sharm tells TRT World's Roundtable that the country “has done it better than the most” and it “projects calm in global energy markets, while using its oil wealth to invest heavily in green initiatives at home.”
