It has become a running joke that I don't tend to like Hunslet Austerities, so it's finally time to address that and explain why... This segways into a much larger problem facing steam railways than just being fussy about what's on the front of the train, so I'd love to know your thoughts in the comments. What locos do you not like and what are your thoughts on the current situation for heritage rail?
I thought I'd produce a few more to-camera videos, and as this one is based entirely on a personal preference, this seemed like the right start. Apologies for the audio quality, I was also testing which microphone would be best for this and clearly it's not this one!
