With the full frame onslaught by the likes of Sony, Canon, Nikon and Panasonic a whole lot of people are wondering whether Fujifilm will soon make an announcement that it is indeed developing a full frame mirrorless camera for everyone out there. In this video I had the chance to meet up with one of the Fuji guys Francis Bellefeuille to talk about where Fujifilm see themeselves in this full frame ecosystem. The answer was simple. No full frame plain and simple. In their view, a great deal of development is going into the superior medium format GFX line instead of looking at an inferior format that is full frame. Answer is simple develop something where there is already great GFX glass and stay away from something that will be inferior in the end.
