One of the goofier gags of Final Fantasy 7 is the 10 minute long stair climbing sequence where the player has to manually walk up 59 flights worth of stairs. The remake takes this joke several steps further, adding on voiced dialogue, audio distortion, slowing Cloud's walk speed, and a floor tracker for all three characters, taking the joke to new heights.
