We reached 2 thousand subscribers this week! Thank you all so much for the support. Behavioral Economics and Behavioral Science is such a great evidence-based community to be a part of right now. What is really amazing is the ability for us to use behavioral science for self-development and productivity purposes. Delivering actually scientifically backed advice that will legitimately improve your life, not just give advice based on opinion like other productivity 'gurus' on the internet. Understanding HABITS is really key.
I think the science of habits applies to this problem of eating and diet too.
