The lessons from TikTok's addictive psychology can definitely be applied to many facets of life where addiction or at least highly repetitive behavior can be seen. In particular, knowing about those pesky variable rewards can provide a lot of insight into how rewards direct our behavior. Where else do you see this in your life?
