It was a blast to do some legit STOL training,
I appreciate Trevor trusting me to knock out some solo patterns in the Super Patriot mkII.
We'd flown a couple hundred miles through the backcountry of Arkansas, and the weather was marginal VFR.

Regardless of what I'm flying, SiriusXM Aviation Weather data is onboard.
In this specific case practicing within less than a mile of the field doing high deck angle take offs,
I probably should have left the GDL-52 behind, or secured it better.
However, I was glad to have it with me for the cross country legs on a less than ideal weather day like this.
I'm proud to be working with SiriusXM Aviation, and will be hosting a Webinar about how I use their weather on ForeFlight on Dec 4th.
