Emulator Used: BizHawk 1.9.0

Run Time: 12m40s
Run Skill Level: Brutal
This really wouldn't be a bad game if it wasn't for one thing: Judge Doom. You have to hit him 72 times with a charged punch of lvl 2 or greater and it will always do the same damage to him regardless of punch strength. To make matters worse, the only weapons that do any damage to him are the bomb and the cigar.
This run abuses exactly ZERO glitches. This may even be a World Record in the glitchless category. Glitches in this game include picking up an item when you're supposed to die to an animal guarding it, and punching while continuing to build a charge.
The only way to complete this faster is to negate the visit to the Magical Building (but also making the Doom fight much harder, so good luck with that) and to the find the whistle before going to the northern mountains so you can skip the long road getting there and back.
However, although item placement is static, what is found in those locations is completely random and can be nothing at all. The Will is separated into 4 pieces and one of each piece is found in one of the 4 different areas in the game: L.A., Northern Hills, Lower Toontown, and Upper Toontown. So if you don't find the will in the Gag Factory and one of the two snake pits in a speedrun, you're going to want to reset. If you're following this route and want to beat the game and don't care about resets, the will for L.A. is also in snake pits located outside of the city.
5xBR and xBRZ are graphic filters. 5xBR was used here and it makes the game really look like a cartoon.
