AI is everywhere in the workplace, but are organizations really seeing measurable productivity gains?

In this video, I share highlights from Asana’s Work Innovation Summit in London, where I explored one of the biggest questions facing business leaders today: where is the ROI from AI?

Asana’s latest research shows that 66% of IT decision-makers say their organization has high AI adoption, but limited measurable productivity gains at the organizational level. I also discuss why incomplete organizational context is holding many AI initiatives back, and why AI agents need to understand goals, ownership, decisions, dependencies and past work before they can deliver real business value.

I also share insights from my conversations with Asana CEO Dan Rogers and Chief Product Officer Arnab Bose, including why leaders should focus less on AI adoption alone and more on the workflows that actually drive outcomes.

Asana announced its new Agentic Work Management package, which brings together several new products designed to help humans and AI agents work together more effectively:

Asana Dash, an AI Chief of Staff that understands a user’s goals, priorities and work across teams and tools. (lnkd.in/e4BTebHQ)

Asana Service Management, designed to help IT, HR, facilities and other service teams resolve requests and move from tickets to projects without losing context. (lnkd.in/eVEtJgi6)

Command by Asana, a planning and product development system where humans and agents can work together on specs, backlogs, releases and dependencies. (lnkd.in/eirmGqTn)

Asana Client Management, which helps agencies manage the full client lifecycle, from intake through delivery, with branded portals and AI agents supporting the work behind the scenes. (lnkd.in/eMmG57zs)

And StackAI, acquired in May 2026, which extends Agentic Work Management beyond Asana into the systems where enterprise work happens, including CRMs, ERPs, support systems, contracts, databases and custom infrastructure. (lnkd.in/e4hiY_pd)
