During a scouting trip to locate a suitable location for our next Jumpstart Your SOULjourn women's retreat, we discovered peacocks in Mexico. Our curiosity was peaked as to how they got here and whether or not they were native to Mexico.
In this video, I share some of the facts about the peafowl, including their native habitat, diet, life expectancy, and symbolism. I also explain the phenomenon known as Leucism, which causes a genetic mutation in white peacocks.
