An FWC Officer Was in route to another call, when he observed a white Ford SUV driving with hazard lights on, with two wheels on the roadway, and two wheels off. The SUV was backing up traffic traffic traveling 35 mph.
We will soon discover that the owner of the vehicle is a sovereign citizen, and is not driving, he's traveling. He was charged with resisting an officer.
