How can this happen in America? We are allowed to state our grievances without fear of retaliation or punishment. In Texas, although the law is clear, the Constitution trumps Rules of Decorum, public officials and their advising lawyers are allowing citizens to be dragged out of public meetings and arrested for Free Speech. We are losing and no one cares!
