Police recruiters secretly look for characteristics that "we the people" would never expect! You would think that police candidates would have such characteristics of being able to be fair, truthful and brave. Yet those characteristics do not keep that blue line intact. Today's video emphasizes the importance of pettiness, being unjust and just being plain extra are also important characteristics that recruiters look for. Recruiters want candidate to have as many characteristics as possible to keep the blue line solid and make sure "we the people" stay in their place below the police.
