Entering homes without warrants because "someone called" is NOT an EXIGENT CIRCUMSTANCE! To use "Exigent Circumstances" the police must have some sort of other evidence along with a telephone tip for the entry to be truly an exigent circumstance! These cops also believe that if they have a foot in the threshold, it gives them the permission to enter homes. This is why we call these officers "tyrants" because they do not follow policy, protocol nor the law!
