THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE THE ARREST STICK! Only turn in the video where the kid "failed" This is one reason why you refuse the test! This kid was confused as he was a fairly new to Fort Worth and he accidently went the wrong way on a one-way street. Seeing their chance, the cops surrounded him like a pack of wolves. They left his vehicle in the middle of the street even thpugh his sister who was with him offered to move it several times. That caused the movie theatre to lose significant business as the street was closed down on both ends for over 1 1/2 hours on a busy Saturday night causing more congestion on the side streets because of the blockage. In addition, tons of cops showed up to "help" but instead of directing traffic they fraternized with each other on either end of the block and that enabled them to not have to go to any calls that they they hate to go to-- like a car burglary or a cat stuck in a tree.
