This cop had never experienced being "watched" and he did not do so good. DO NOT FEEL SORRY FOR HIM! By his stride and arrogance and crybaby attitude, you can just imagine how many people he has hurt, and I bet many times he did it intentionally because he could! First, he did not notice me filming for a long time! Then, the camera got him all flustered! So much so that he messed up pretty bad by totally using prior restraint and violating my 1st amendment right to film. He lit up all his LED lights to prevent me from filming. He used his cell phone to film me and refused to answer questions or give me his name and badge number. Then I could hear him giving a false narrative about the situation and asking for advice to someone on the phone as to "how to get me!" THIS DEPARTMENT FAILED and this officer and probably many more need some retraining. Otherwise we will be coming to win our 1983 Civil Lawsuits!
