I’m not really good at speaking Danish, but since living in Denmark, my “menu Danish” has gotten pretty good. I still try to order in Danish when I can, but it doesn’t always go as planned and I often freeze up. My Danish skills, confidence, and patience tend to decline quickly and I fall apart much like the tenure of Liz Truss.
