Last July, Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Crescent Springs, filed the Epstein Files Transparency Act. The bipartisan bill to force the Justice Department to release its files on sex offender Jeffrey Epstein passed in November. Massie and the bill’s co-sponsor, Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Calif., have argued that the DOJ has not fully complied with the law.
