Dexterity is a hidden stat that you cannot normally view in Death Road to Canada. There IS a way to reveal it though, and that's by getting a tarot card reading from the Wizard in a trading camp. In order to keep track of it however, you need to write it down somewhere as it will not show up on the stats screen after revealing it. Dexterity can go up to level 6 just like all the other stats, but can sometimes reach +1 above the max which is interesting. With that much running speed, I found that you can avoid wasting time killing the hordes of zombies and just...run.
This is also in Endless mode where I'm able to max out the dexterity of my entire party by maxing out their mechanical stats, then having them mess with the coffee machine in the Coffee shop looting missions which will boost dexterity by 1. You can also get +1 dexterity to your whole party via a rare event called 'The Zombie Master' and selecting the option 'Run away constantly'
Characters with 5 or more morale before the final siege begins will also gain +1 dexterity, so there's that too.
