In this video, I go over the Cupid, one of the few seasonal rare characters in Death Road to Canada. He can only be found on Feb 14, but you can change your system time to this date to spawn him in anytime. However, this will not work on the console releases. Or at the very least, I know that this doesn't work on Switch.
The Cupid was previously known to be one of the WORST characters in the game...until the Quadriceps update! This update reworked the rifles, as well as the bow and arrow. These 2 changes significantly improved Cupid's performance as a character, and I'm happy to say that he's actually fairly solid now.
