The Autorevolver was added in the QUADRICEPS update. It's a more rare but slightly stronger version of the Dolt 45 revolver that you can obtain. It is most commonly found in the Military Depot but also has a rare chance of appearing in the Police Station, as well as the Police Headquarters. But from my testing, it seems to be a little more common in the latter.
