Have you ever been knocked down in a fighting game and then gotten hit while lying on the floor? You just got hit by an OTG.

An OTG, which stands for either "on the ground" or "off the ground" depending on who you ask, is exactly what the name implies, it’s an attack that hits the opponent when they’re in a knocked state. OTGs allow you to either extend a combo or get in that tiny extra bit of damage to secure a kill.
