The pace of change in society is increasing. From a physics perspective, if the velocity of something increases, we call that an acceleration. In the context of society, accelerating should cause us as individuals and organizations to pause and think about what we are accelerating towards. This concept goes hand in hand with the field of futurism. We should consider the possible futures ahead of us.
