In this video, I talk to Simone Lim-Hing about her research related to forest health. Simone is an Assistant Research Professor at North Carolina State University in the Department of Forestry and Environmental Resources.
Her work focuses on forest health and tree physiology. She received her PhD from the University of Georgia. Her graduate work there focused on diseases of loblolly pine, using new and traditional methods to improve management strategies. She received her BS in Biology from the University of Central Florida. Her undergraduate research included examining the effects of secondary metabolites on herbivores.
