Long overdue, weekend meals are often much more interesting because there's just more time to play around with plant-based recipes. In this weekend food diary, I share
- sweet vegan breakfast smoothies that still fit into my plant-based low carb lifestyle,
- a healthy vegetable-filled tofu recipe,
- a sweet and spicy junk-food-made-healthier tofu recipe,
- a high protein keto-friendly take on spicy garlic pasta inspired by @PastaGrammar, and
- a sugar-free chocolate crunchy treat!
Plus, I'm trying out a new air fryer with a GLASS basket. Ever heard of such a thing? I came across it when looking for a non-stick alternative, saw this one and bought it right away to try it out for you.
