We're barreling toward another government shutdown. This government shutdown 2023 will happen on October 1st if Congress does not pass a bill to fund the federal government. Caught up in all of this are National Parks. The National Park Closures will affect every single unit of the National Park System, as the Interior Department has made the decision to CLOSE all National Parks for the duration of the Government Shutdown. In this video, I want to show you how and why National Parks Shutdown, how Government Shutdowns affect National Parks, and ultimately, what we can expect to happen to National Parks in the Government Shutdown 2023.
