Hi guys! Today I'm talking about my experience taking birth control pills. At first, I thought they were the best thing that had ever happened to me because they gave me normal periods for the first time in my life, but as the time went by, I came to regret my choice bitterly. From nutrient deficiencies and low libido to depression - I wish somebody had shown me a video like this one when I was a teenager.
