Adrenal Fatigue is truly a 21st century stress syndrome, and it doesn't matter if the term is accepted by traditional medicine or not. The fact is that a lot of people, especially women, have either high or low cortisol, and aren't even aware until more "serious" disorders arise eventually. Adrenal issues are extremely common and should definitely be talked about more often. I'd like to spread the awareness about adrenal fatigue with this little video series.
