Frank grew up believing in God—knowing there had to be a "First Cause"—but despite his Catholic upbringing, he didn't truly know who Jesus was.
That changed when he joined the Navy. He met the son of a Methodist minister and bombarded him with questions the man couldn't answer. Finally, he was told, "You just need to get Josh McDowell's books."
He read "Evidence that Demands a Verdict" and "More Than a Carpenter", and everything clicked. The evidence convinced him that the Gospel wasn't just a story; it was true.
