I’ve mentioned it many times, but what does legally blind mean exactly? While I’m not a totally blind person, I still have some difficulty seeing the world around me in detail. Is there such a thing as illegally blind? Actually there isn’t, and the term legally blind can be a bit confusing, so I hope to do a little bit of explaining as to why the term is called legally blind in the first place, and what makes someone fall under that label exactly.
