We all have a tough time here and there and experiencing difficult feelings is part of being a human. Caring for your mental health isn't always about diagnoses, elaborate solutions or interventions. Sometimes it's just about getting through the day as best you can. In this short video, I go back to basics: sleep, movement, a good meal, and genuine social connection.
This one is less a deep dive into the science but is instead a gentle nudge to pause, breathe, and give yourself a break.
