On a crisp winter morning in August 2024 , a light and quick PN train almost sprints up the 2.2% grade to Mt' Lofty Station ,catching me off guard , even though I knew it was approaching! The next morning, at the same location, a more heavily loaded train makes the usual grind past the camera, with plenty of high pitch wheel slip from the traction control.
