My buddy John and deep frying French fry’s at the Merryville Heritage Festival March 30, 2014.
We fried a lot of crinkle cot French fries that day. Nearly 120 lbs of them. We did it in Bayou classic propane powered deep fryers. A lot of work and a lot of fun at the same time.
