AZCOPS is suing the Sheriff of Pima County, Chris Nanos. AZCOPS has always been dedicated to protecting our member's 1st Amendment rights (as well as all the other rights). We've even argued in front of the 9th Circuit for those rights. When a local labor group leader voiced personal opinions on a local radio show, a competing labor group wasn't happy. Nanos agreed to take actions that AZCOPS argues violates our members rights under the 1st Amendment. Check out the video for more information!
