Every law enforcement officer, whether state trooper, sheriff's deputy, or city cop, knows that they simply cannot do their job without quality dispatchers. That said, when a staffing shortage affects the police world, dispatchers are affected too. unfortunately, telecommunication centers do not receive the care they deserve during these crisis events.
