The Phoenix Police Department is asking for public comments on a proposed use of force policy change. This video will highlight some of the glaring issues with the proposed changes. Every cop, trooper, and deputy in Arizona Law Enforcement should understand why this policy would have a detrimental effect on policing in Phoenix.
