In this video, I show you the very fancy Wendougee Data S - an espresso machine that comes with a gear pump, dual boilers, PID control, saturated brew group, wooden accents, toggle switches, and excellent haptics and build quality. In fact, this is the best built machine I've seen yet. The drinks are also incredible - excellent texture and flavor on both espresso and milk. Let's dive in to this first look review.
