In this video, I am going to unbox and view for the first time, the prettiest espresso machine I've laid my eyes on - the Wendougee Data S! Come with on a journey, and let's see how intuitive or not this fancy gear pump powered dual boiler espresso machine from China is. By the way, there was some user error here. I misinterpreted a "lack of water" fault to mean the brew boiler still needed priming, when in fact the water tank had gotten emptied. Also, the drip tray can get plumbed into a drain, and since my plug was missing, I leaked water on my coffee bar. But, in the end we got the machine commissioned, and it's pretty sweet.
