In this video, we unbox and set up the brand NEW MiiCoffee Apex V2 and the Eureka Zero 65 AP to go with it. The Apex represents an excellent value in espresso making, with a PID controlled boiler and thermoblock for steaming. This new version also includes an adjustable OPV, which people were missing on the V1. The Zero 65 by Eureka is also highly anticipated, a cost effective single doser and all purpose burrs.
