After adopting a whole food, plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle in 2012, Karla Freeze's life was changed tremendously! She experienced many health improvements and lost more than 230 pounds. Karla took the 200-hour yoga teacher training and now teaches group yoga classes and private yoga sessions. She also shares the good news of this lifestyle to help others with nutritional intervention through her company Purely Plants. Her Facebook page—where she shares inspirational posts, medical and scientific studies, testimonials, and a few recipes here and there—has more than 29,000 followers . Karla received her T.
