getting back into vlogging is hard
but yea we were going to go to Spain, and then after that fell apart we were going to do a road trip, but alas we are sheltering in place for the foreseeable future. So here's to cooking, baking and animal crossing!
also most of my upcoming vlogs will be shelter in place vlog, cooking vlog, or talking about how CoVID-19 is affecting our life

Two of my favorite aspects of Azorean Cuisine get combined in this super simple and easy swordfish skewer recipe! Delicious seafood, and the best marinade from the Atlantic, Pimenta Moida!
This is the first formal recipe Ive made for Craving to Create, so just know that they are going to improve over time (i.e. this is a little rough) BUT I am super happy to share my love of Azorean food with all of you! Its an awesome weeknight recipe, whether in the oven or on a grill, and fun to do with family and friends!
