ASUCD's Unitrans Bus system turned 50 this year and to celebrate, there was a recreation of the christening of the historic double decker Unitrans bus! In addition I learn that UC Davis professor Dr. Enderle is an avid Pokemon Go player and attempts to catch a Suicune!

Two of my favorite aspects of Azorean Cuisine get combined in this super simple and easy swordfish skewer recipe! Delicious seafood, and the best marinade from the Atlantic, Pimenta Moida!
This is the first formal recipe Ive made for Craving to Create, so just know that they are going to improve over time (i.e. this is a little rough) BUT I am super happy to share my love of Azorean food with all of you! Its an awesome weeknight recipe, whether in the oven or on a grill, and fun to do with family and friends!
