A few weeks ago I attended the Youth Voices on China Video Contest and Film Festival as a finalist in the College division! Amazingly, I won the NATIONAL PRIZE in my division! This is the vlog from that day, and I can't say thank you enough to everyone that helped and all of the people who voted for me in the contest public vote!! Thank you!!

Two of my favorite aspects of Azorean Cuisine get combined in this super simple and easy swordfish skewer recipe! Delicious seafood, and the best marinade from the Atlantic, Pimenta Moida!
This is the first formal recipe Ive made for Craving to Create, so just know that they are going to improve over time (i.e. this is a little rough) BUT I am super happy to share my love of Azorean food with all of you! Its an awesome weeknight recipe, whether in the oven or on a grill, and fun to do with family and friends!
