At this Pandemic times, we stand together as a responsible society and a strong Nation. Its no time to celebrate, its our part that we are playing to show our gratitude to our warriors who are working for us tirelessly.
All Medical Institutions who are working tirelessly 24x7, Sanitary Workers who are keeping the city clean, Security guards who are keeping us safe, Bankers who are keeping transactions running flawlessly, DEFENCE Forces who are always ready and are on there toes to be action at Nations's Call and all those people who are keeping themselves safe and are being a responsible citizen. A bow from the Team of Stitch And Swear.
We understand that we started late and still lack a lot services, but its not a time to play blame game. Its a time when nation asks for a responsible citizen.
How to Stay Good?
- Avoid watching too much news.
- Avoid Watsapp forwards that are not from reliable source.
- Avoid posting nuisance and fake news of social media platforms.
- Avoid tik tok. You might be promoting the creators to go out and make content for you. That usually defies social distancing.
- Help someone who needs help.
- Wear a homemade mask when going outside.
Quoted from CDC Website:
HCP use of homemade masks:
In settings where facemasks are not available, HCP might use homemade masks (e.g., bandana, scarf) for care of patients with COVID-19 as a last resort. However, homemade masks are not considered PPE, since their capability to protect HCP is unknown. Caution should be exercised when considering this option. Homemade masks should ideally be used in combination with a face shield that covers the entire front (that extends to the chin or below) and sides of the face.
HCP use of non-NIOSH approved masks or homemade masks:
In settings where N95 respirators are so limited that routinely practiced standards of care for wearing N95 respirators and equivalent or higher level of protection respirators are no longer possible, and surgical masks are not available, as a last resort, it may be necessary for HCP to use masks that have never been evaluated or approved by NIOSH or homemade masks. It may be considered to use these masks for care of patients with COVID-19, tuberculosis, measles, and varicella. However, caution should be exercised when considering this option.
